Some regions face health threats due to epidemiological transition. Epidemiological transition are the causes of death in each stage of the demographic transition. There are 5 stages of demographic transition. The first stage is infectious diseases such as the plague. The second stage is pandemic diseases such as cholera. Cholera is a disease that spread in urban areas during the industrial revolution. It is spread from eating food or drinking water that is contaminated by vibrio cholerae. Stage three are all of the human created diseases such as heart attacks and various forms of cancer. Stage four is delayed degenerative diseases such as cardiovascular diseases and cancer. The last stage is evolution of infectious diseases.
